Lemon Thyme Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients

• 4 tb squeezed lemon juice
• 2 tb honey
• 1 tb vanilla extract
• 1 tb champagne vinegar
• 3/4 c extra virgin olive oil
• 1/4 c chopped thyme

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except for olive oil in a bowl and mix well. Then slowly add oil while whisking.
